Stupid do stupid things

I wonder why they didn’t do any research before they did this. They call this a stunt gone wrong. But those who performs stunts usually do lots of research before they go for it.

Stunts can go wrong just as easily even though they are researched in advance, what happened here is a tragic accident, and you calling these people stupid is quite frankly disrespectful to them and their memory.

While you sit infront of your computer all day, other people like to adventure, and kudos for the guys that had the balls to do this. Unfortunelately it dident go so well, but what the fuck, people die all the time

Lol.. they ARE stupid.. why did they not have life-jackets on? “Do not ridicule the dead”.. Why not? They are stupid, and if we are to learn anything of this “tragedy”, or survival of the fittest as I like to call it, they should be ridiculed =)

First off, did they ask any expert WHITEWATER rafters/canoists/kayakers to evaluate the route and currents?
Did they even wear proper safety gear?
These guys were a shame to anyone doing watersports anywhere!

What is there to research?! Even the greatest dumbnuts should understand that life-jackets could be of help if one is canoing down a river. Or were they afraid that they would look stupid? Not quite the result they were hoping for in that case.

I totally agree. I’ll join the ranks of people calling these people stupid. One must be pretty stupid to go out in a canoe without proper safety gear. No disrespect for the dead, this IS a tragic happening, but it could have gone much better if they had been clever enough to wear proper gear
