Guantanamo prisoners allowed to appeal
Written by damiende on June 12, 2008 – 9:09 amThe American supreme court decided today that Guantanamo prisoners shall be allowed to appeal their case to a civil court. This is the third time the Bush administration looses on this subject. And rightfully so, denying prisoners basic rights that separate us from the terrorists should be a no no for any democratic country.
