Iwao Hakamadas has been on death row for 40 years. The only reason that he is still alive is because the Japan hardly ever executes people. This case is a grim reason why the death penalty is a bad thing.

Its a bad thing when those who fucks up keep on defending them selfs despite all the evidence that tells all others that its wrong. I bet that there are plenty more like him around the world that are innocent.

Abolish the Death penalty now.
