More and more ffxi accounts are being hacked. And for the most part SE is refusing to help those affected. Well if someone hacked my account and SE refused to do something about it. I would call my bank and demand a chargeback, that should teach SE to stop messing around with their customers.

I can’t understand why SE doesn’t change the security aspects of their accounts and how you can change the information in it. Right now it’s so full of holes and it looks like SE is helping the hackers and not the paying customers. I hope that SE will lose a bunch of customers over this money talks, and it looks like SE only understands the money issue.

My prediction for 2008 when it comes to FFXI is that things better change or people will leave in large numbers. 2008 might be the last year FFXI remains popular.
