Wowhead sold for over 1 million dollars
Written by damiende on June 23, 2007 – 12:38 pmLooks like Affinity media is on a roll. With it’s latest purchase they now own Allakhazam Thottbot and now Wowhead. And according to some they still own IGE. I wonder who’s next on their shopping list. Is this some sort of way to try and turn RMT into something nice? If that’s the case they have come a long way with this latest purchase. But I believe that their biggest enemy is Brock Pierce. He has been closely linked to people involved in trafficing of minors. The good thing for him is that it’s a secret almost exclusive to the gaming comunity. Fortunatly for him it looks like those that pays for premium on Allakhazam for example. Don’t care about this. This is pretty evident when you see some of the posts there. This could quickly change if more people got aware of this. And that would be bad news for Affinity media and Brock Pierce. And who knows maybe it will happen one day.
Until next time
